Christmas is a really special and exciting time of year for most of us. However for some, due to commitments, disability, financial or family difficulties, a Christmas meal is not always possible…
Which is why RTL Trades are again helping Queenslanders in need by getting involved with the Wesley Mission Queensland Red Bag Appeal. Your generosity in donating food items in 2018 for the appeal meant that over 3,200 Queenslanders got to enjoy a special Christmas.

We encourage you to get involved again by donating a few items or filling a bag. It’s a really simple process that makes a massive difference. Whilst doing your weekly shop, purchase a couple of extra items to be donated to the Red Bag Appeal.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Collect – grab a red bag or two from any National Storage location or drop in to RTL Trades head office in Bulimba, any weekday between now and the 29
th November.
Step 2: Shop – fill the bag(s) with non-perishable groceries and new small children’s toys.
Step 3: Donate – drop off the bags to any National Storage or drop in to RTL Trades head office in Bulimba, before Friday 29
